(54) METHOD FOR EXTRACTING HARMFUL IMPURITIES FROM LIQUID INDUSTRIAL WASTE The invention relates to the treatment of industrial waste and can be used for the purification of wastewater from organic matter. The known method of purification of oil-containing sewage by treating them with coagulum — a volatile coal-tar with a chlorine iron or aluminum sulphate flj. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is the method of extracting harmful impurities from liquid waste by introducing into them. calcium cement and inorganic additives, resulting in a suspension, and upholding this suspension to form a solid stone-like mass of 2 J. The disadvantage of the known method is the transfer of harmful impurities into the environment from a solid stone-like mass containing harmful sorbed impurities. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the transfer of harmful impurities into the environment due to their stronger bond with 1 amneoblate mass. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of extraction of harmful impurities from liquid industrial waste by introducing calcium-containing cement and inorganic additives into them, activated carbon is added to liquid waste, the latter being introduced in the form of carbon fly ash in an amount of 0.5-4 , 2%. The specified amount of carbon fly ash is optimal, since adding it less than 0.5%. A relatively high transfer of harmful impurities into the environment from a stone-like mass is found, adding more than 4.2% leads to a deterioration in the hardening of the cement-containing shell. Example 1. A mixture containing iron hydroxide in an update and traces of copper and nickel are filtered, resulting in a homogeneous suspension. Activated carbon (powdered or granulated), 550 g of fly ash and 110 g of ordinary Portland cement are added to this dispersion. The mixture is homogenized until a fluid, homogeneous suspension is obtained. After three days of settling, a solid stone-like mass is formed from this suspension, which through
ten days is subjected to equilibrium vymshaniyu.
For washing, a 10 g-shaped mass is taken, which is ground into a powder. The crushed product is mixed with 100 g of distilled water, through which carbon dioxide (pH 4.5) is passed for 1 hour with a 250 ml flask equipped with a magnetic stirrer. The mixture is filtered and the filtrate is analyzed to determine the chemical oxygen demand (COD) and biological oxygen demand (BOD).
Data on the leaching of harmful impurities from the stone-like mass, depending on the addition of activated carbon are presented in the table.
